  1. 3 table
  2. spoons of oat bran
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. Low-fat Quark
  5. Smoked trout
  1. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the bran and Quark, then add to the egg whites. Cook this
  3. batter in a frying pan. When one side is fully cooked, turn over
  4. and cook the other side. Spread one side with low-fat Quark. Then
  5. sprinkle with smoked trout pieces. Fold to make a wrap.
