Quiche Lorraine 8 eggs 1/4 cup diced red pimentos or roasted peppers 1 teaspoon dry or fresh parsley flakes 1 cup half-and-half 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon white pepper (optional) 1 teaspoon baking powder 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 12 oz. cooked crisp turkey bacon crumbled Greased 8 inch square baking pan or deep dish pie pan Preheat oven on Bake to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, half-and-half, pimentos and spices in a large bowl with a wire whip. Fold in cheese and turkey bacon.
