Egg Cupcakes
  1. 2 eggs
  2. Some garlic powder
  3. Onion, half
  4. Some parsley
  5. Green Pepper
  6. Tomatoes, small


  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Mix them with a mixer or blender.
  3. Add salt & pepper and any additional spices you like, and mix again.
  4. Put the mixture in a cupcake tray.
  5. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes in the oven.
  6. Enjoy your meal with low fat cheese or quark & a cup of coffee.
