Cruise Phase Day 16

What I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast – Dukan Galette
- Snack – none
- Lunch – none
- Snack – Leftover Jerk Chicken, Blueberry Quark
- Dinner – Grilled Turkey Slices, Grilled Turkey & Chicken Sausage, 0% fat yoghurt
- Drinks – 1.5 ltrs water, 1 Diet Coke, 2 cup of tea, 1 cup of coffee
- Exercise – Walked for ages in the Shopping Center
Good day yesterday - meeting up with my sister who is here on holiday and doing some shopping in La Cañada – huge but pricey shopping center in Marbella. I wanted to get some Fat Free Quark as I had heard it was good to make cheesecake out of. When I spotted Blueberry Quark and Vanilla Quark (both 0.2% Fat) I got so excited I forgot to check the carbs – and didn´t check them until I had eaten a few spoons of the blueberry one – OMG!! It was so good, but so bad…….lol.
So today I am feeling a bit bloated as I didn´t eat very well yesterday and am paying for it today. But I have to admit I used the Blueberry Quark to make my Dukan Galette this morning and it was delicious!
Cruise Phase Day 15
Day 15 of the Cruise Phase stats:

- Total Weight Lost 3.7 kgs
What I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast – Dukan Galette
- Snack – none
- Lunch – Egg Wrap with Homemade Smoked Salmon, Coffee Creme
- Snack – none
- Dinner – Jerk Chicken, 0% fat yoghurt
- Drinks – 1.5 ltrs water, 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee
- Exercise – None (again!) but did some heavy housework – well, heavy for me
Did some housework until my back could take no more so that was enough exercise for me!
I´ve been looking for more recipes and have found a few to try out. Will post any here that turn out OK. I want to try some muffin recipes so I can have something different for breakfast. I find that everytime I look for recipes I spend more time looking for sweet things than I do on proper food…….
Cruise Phase Day 9
Day 9 of the Cruise Phase stats:

What I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast – Oat Bran Porridge, Mushroom Omelette (2 eggs)
- Snack – Turkey Slices
- Lunch – More Turkey Slices, 0% Natural Yoghurt
- Snack – Boquerones al Vinagre – these are Whitebate pickled in vinager
- Dinner – Minced Beef Kebabs, Lettuce, Tomato, Green Pepper with flavoured 0% yoghurt for desert
- Drinks – 2 ltrs water, 2 cups of tea
- Exercise – No real exercise but went shopping
No weight loss today BUT I measured myself last week then again yesterday and I have lost 2 cm from my waist and have lost on all my other measurements as well! My trousers are starting to get loose (they were like sausage skins!) and I feel great. If it wasn´t for my back problems I would be skipping about the place……I´m hoping the doctor can sort out my last problem next month.
I am going to try to get in 2 sessions on the Cross Trainer today. I feel I´m missing out when I don´t do any exercise.
Cruise Phase Day 8
Day 8 of the Cruise Phase stats:

- Weight Gain 0.1 kgs
- Total Weight Lost 3.5 kgs
What I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast – Oat Bran Porridge, 2 slices cooked Turkey
- Snack – none
- Lunch – 1 Chicken Drumstick
- Snack – none
- Dinner – Kebabs made with beef mince, SF Jelly
- Drinks – 1 ltr water, 3 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee
- Exercise – None
Grrrrr…..went up 100grams even though I didn´t eat much this weekend, but that seem to be what the problem is. I have been reading round some forums and have found that the people who are eating more are losing more weight – amazing but true! So from today I will be eating a full breakfast instead of just having the porridge. Also I didn´t have any yoghurt over the weekend and didn´t drink as much water as I usually do.
On the plus side, we had friends drop by yesterday and I made a non-Dukan friendly desert for them – and I didn´t touch any of it! I am amazed by my willpower these days.
But my overall loss for the week was 600 grams so I can´t complain as the scales are going in the right direction. Today is a PV day as I haven´t had any veggies since Wednesday, apart from the cherry tomatoes on Saturday.
So I´m going to re-read my book, look for some recipes and do more exercise this week.
