What I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast – Dukan Galette
- Snack – 2 sugar free sweets
- Lunch – Homemade Beef Burgers, 0% yoghurt
- Snack – none
- Dinner – Griled Tuna Steak, 0% yoghurt, 2 sugar free sweets
- Drinks – About half a liter of water, 3 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee
- Exercise – Running around after the puppy
I have found that I am not drinking as much water as I did a few weeks ago – I will have to make more of an effort on the water drinking front!
So I am back on track with the diet and hoping to stay there! There´s only New Years Eve left now to get over.

According to the scales I have put on 1.2 kgs, which I suppose isn´t too bad considering what I ate. I went totally mad and had chocolates, wine, bread, jam, stuffing, apple cake and more chocolates. And that was just the bad things – I also had some not too bad things as well.
But I am back on track now and will be getting back to keeping my diary every day.
I have also been busy with my new puppy, Fudge. She is adorable, but hard work. We have to house train her so are following her around making sure she doesn´t get too many chances to poo or pee in the house. So she is taken out every couple of hours for some exercise and “evacuation” as they so politely put it in the doggy training sites.
Damn you Christmas!!
I ate far too much yesterday and felt sick as a dog last night……and still feel a but queasy today. I put on 600 grams so that bit wasn’t too bad, but I went a bit mad on the food!
I had 3 servings (big ones) of Tiramisu, 6 chocolates, roast potatoes, half a bottle of Cava and nearly a full bottle of white wine. That was the bad stuff – I also has Turkey and veggies but I stayed away from the Pork Crackling.
We had a lovely day though and it’s nice to catch up with friends who we don’t see enough of.
So now I just have to get back on the wagon and try to stay on it!!
Oh No! There’s food everywhere!
We are having some friends over today for a Pre-Christmas Lunch and there is a Turkey and Roast Pork cooking in the oven. These will be served with spuds and veggies. I have already decided to have today off the diet and will just enjoy the good food and good company.
My weight this morning was 102.4 kgs which is 200 grams up on yesterday. I am posting this from my new iPad (a birthday and Christmas gift from my kids!) so I can’t include the usual chart of what I ate, but it is usually the same stuff. Although I did have pancakes yesterday made with eggs, skimmed milk powder, sweetener and cocoa powder. Very good when you have cravings.
Tomorrow will be my Christmas Dinner so I will be having a few naughties, and enjoying them without feeling guilty! Then it will be back to the diet again. I will also be getting my new puppy during the week so that will mean more exercise.
