Cruise Phase Day 25

Day 25 of the Cruise Phase stats:

  • Weight Today 104.3 kgs
  • Weight Lost 0.0 kgs
  • Total Weight Lost 5.3 kgs

What I ate yesterday:

  • Breakfast – Dukan Galette
  • Snack – 2 sugar free sweets
  • Lunch – Grilled Turkey & Chicken Sausage, 0% fat Quark
  • Snack – Cooked Turkey Slices
  • Dinner – Grilled Turkey Slices, 2 x 0% fat yoghurts
  • Drinks – 1 ltr water, 3 cups of tea, 2 cups of coffee
  • Exercise – Had to go out so no exercise

I had to go for a MRI scan to see what the problem is with my Iliac Crest – the bone extraction point used for the Spinal Fusion Surgery.  I´ll have the results next week then the doctor is going to inject something into my “culito” to help with the pain.  (Culo in Spanish translates to bum so culito is little bum….lol)

I am finding that I keep forgetting to have vegetable days – I am taking supplements so I don´t feel any bad effects of not eating veggies.  I also add a tablespoon of Wheat Bran to my breakfast pancake to help with “output issues”!

Attack Phase Day 7

Day 7 of the Attack Phase stats:

  • Weight Today 107.2 kgs
  • Weight Lost 0.6 kgs
  • Total Weight Lost 2.4 kgs

What I ate yesterday:

  • Breakfast – Oat Bran Porridge
  • Snack – none
  • Lunch – Chicken/Turkey burger, Dukan Custard
  • Snack – 3 Crab Sitcks
  • Dinner – Grilled Chicken Breast, 0% Fat Yoghurt
  • Drinks – 2 ltrs water, 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of coffee.
  • Exercise – 15 mins Crosstrainer

This will be my last Attack day and I am happy with the weight loss so far :)

I had planned to have a mid-morning snack as I only had porridge for breakfast but I just wasn´t hungry and didn´t start to think about food until 2pm.  And I did some exercise…….I sometimes wish I was the sporty type who just loves to exercise!

We are going out to visit friends today (and to pick out a new puppy for me!) so I´m not sure how it will go.  Maybe I´ll bring some sliced meat and crab sticks with me – they are understanding types so shouldn´t be a problem.

The Dukan Custard is just as good when it has been stored in the fridge and I will definately be making it again.
