Low Carb Frappachino

: Low Carb Frappachino
  1. Any flavored coffee whipping cream
  2. Ice
  3. Splenda blender
  1. Make some flavored coffee and brew it. Let it cool.
  2. Put about a cup in a blender add heavy whipping cream until it looks like a light caramel color.
  3. Add about a cup of ice and blend well.
  4. Sweeten to taste with splenda in a bowl.
  5. Put about 1/4 cup of heavy whipping and 1 pkt of splenda whip till stiff.
  6. Pour blended coffee into tall glass and top with whipped cream.

Banana Cream Pudding

: Banana Cream Pudding
  1. 1/2 stick cream cheeseĀ 
  2. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  3. 1 cup heavy cream,
  4. 1/2 pack unflavored gelatin
  5. 1 pack sugar free/fat free banana cream
  6. Pudding mix
  7. 1/2 cup water
  1. In a medium size bowl combine gelatin, pudding mix, and cream.
  2. Mix with electric mixer.
  3. Add ricotta cheese & water and mix.
  4. Gradually add in cream cheese.
