Easy Peasy Pudding

This recipe was sent in by one of our App owners:

Mix 2x sugar free yello with required amount of hot water (it can be any flavour whatever you like ).

Let it cool for 15 min then mix in a whole tub of quark fat free cheese.

Pour it into a mould or cake tin and refrigerate until firm.

This recipe is for a very sweet pud if you like it less sweet use more boiled water.

Chicken Supreme

Chicken supreme – boil some water in a pan With a bay leave and peppercorns.

Put a chicken breast and Cook for a hour.

For dressing mix 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard with 2 tablespoon of low fat youghurt salt and pepper to taste !!!

Dukan Chocolate Cake

  • 4 large eggs, seperated
  • a dash of nutmeg
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of sweatner
  • 15g of fat-recuded cocoa
  • A little milk (2 tablespoons)
  1. Preparation time: 15 minutes
  2. Cooking time 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas4
  4. Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener and cocoa. Then gently add the egg whites and beat until there is a smooth mixture. Then add the milk and nutmeg.
  5. Pour into two oven dishes and bake for 15-20 minutes.

 

 

Smoked Trout Wrap

: Smoked Trout Wrap
  1. 3 table
  2. spoons of oat bran
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. Low-fat Quark
  5. Smoked trout
  1. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the bran and Quark, then add to the egg whites. Cook this
  3. batter in a frying pan. When one side is fully cooked, turn over
  4. and cook the other side. Spread one side with low-fat Quark. Then
  5. sprinkle with smoked trout pieces. Fold to make a wrap.

Dukan Mayonnaise

: Dukan Mayonnaise
  1. Black Pepper to taste
  2. 1 table spoon Dijon mustard
  3. 1 Egg yolk
  4. 3 table spoons Fromage Frais
  5. 1 tbsp, chopped Parsley
  6. Salt to taste
  1. Put the egg yolk in a mixing bowl and combine with the mustard.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs.
  3. Gradually mix in the fromage frais or quark, stirring continuously. Keep chilled.

Dukan Vinaigrette

: Dukan Vinaigrette
  1. 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  2. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  3. 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  4. 1 peeled clove of garlic (optional)
  5. 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped basil
  6. Pepper
  1. Put all of the ingredients except for the garlic clove and pepper in a clean glass jar with a screw on lid and mix throughly.
  2. Season with pepper to taste.
  3. Add garlic clove to jar if used where it will release its flavor into the vinaigrette.

BAKED RICOTTA (Extra Light)

Thanks to one of our iPhone App users for this recipe – no name provided but a very nice recipe.

BAKED RICOTTA (Extra Light)

Put Extra Light Ricotta in a baking dish and bake for approx 10-20min on 180 degrees celsius or until a little golden on top.

Ricotta will ‘shrink’ in the dish when baked FYI I use Perfect Italiano Extra Light Ricotta (less carbs, fat, kj, sugars etc than low fat cottage cheese)

Baked Ricotta can be eaten on it’s own, used as a ‘cracker’ for your favorite toppings or as a base for dessert.

Quick and easy and stores in the fridge for a quick snack Enjoy!

Pan Fried Trout with Lemon & Bay Leaf

: Pan Fried Trout with Lemon & Bay Leaf
  1. 1 Trout
  2. 1 Lemon
  3. 1 Bay leaf
  4. A little salt and pepper
  1. Clean and gut your trout but leave it whole, removing the head if preferred.
  2. Cut three slices from the middle of the lemon and put them to one side.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice from the remaining parts of the lemon into the cavity and over the fish.
  4. Cut one lemon slice in half and place both halves in the cavity of the fish with the bay leaf.
  5. Season with a little salt and pepper and dry fry in a pan until cooked through, turning half way.
  6. Use the remaining slices of lemon as a garnish when serving.

Dukan Diet Cheatcake

: Dukan Diet Cheatcake
  1. 2 or 3 tablespoons of extra light cream-cheese such as Philadelphia
  2. 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  3. 3 drops of lemon essence
  4. Sweetener to taste
  5. 1 Ginger Dukan Biscuit
  1. Put all ingredients in a small bowl except for the Ginger biscuit.
  2. Mix with a fork until combined.
  3. Spread the mix on top of the Ginger biscuit (using egg ring mold if you can).
  4. Remove mold if used
  5. Decorate with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
  6. Chocolate Variation
  7. Instead of lemon essence and lemon zest add 1 teaspoon of low carb cocoa powder and 3 drops of vanilla essence.
